Operation

The Company is operating under an Operating Agreement. The Managing Member manages all of business affairs in accordance with the agreement. There are three major types of operations:

Investment research and portfolio management
General business operations
Membership management

Among other issues, the Operating Agreement describes:

general administration
member's rights and responsibilities
allocation of profits and losses
accounting and records
withdrawal and distribution

Upon joining NCM, every member must sign the Operating Agreement to show that he or she agrees with terms and subsequently receives a signed copy.

An official annual meeting is held in May every year. Meeting details will be emailed about 30 days before to each member as to the exact date, location and time.
